G. R. Iranna - (b.1970)

G.R. Iranna took his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the College of Visual Art, Gulbarga (in Karnataka), in 1992.In 1994 took a Master's Degree (in Painting) from the College of Art, New Delhi.In 1999-2000 he was the artist-in-residence at the Wimbledon School of Art, London.He has participated in exhibitions at the Gallery Espace, New Delhi (2000), the Maulana Azad Center for Indian Culture,in Cairo (2000), the Gallery Martini, Hong Kong (1999),the Shridharani Art Gallery and Delhi Art Gallery, both in New Delhi (1998),and the Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai. Iranna lives and works in New Delhi.
